Welcome feelers, fellow dorks, & advocates of love. Ready to reconnect
with the truth of who you are & fall wildly in love with your life?

I am a Somatic Educator, Somatic Dance Facilitator, Self-Reflection Coach, Photographer, and Writer.
I am a persistent student of life and all that it has to teach me about myself and others. This is why I’m obsessed with all the layers that can be peeled back or touched in order to create a depth of intimacy with myself and my relationships so I fall more wildly in love with life and my aliveness every day.
I love exploring hidden/denied aspects of self, busting myths about sensuality, getting super curious about what our bodies are trying to tell us, and engaging oneself in relationship the same way you would with a friend or lover.
At the heart of everything I do: Feeling safe to FEEL life while finding the pleasure and freedom in being witnessed in that experience.

Through somatic practices, deep reflection, ritual, & community, I reconnect you to your innate wisdom and encourage sacred tending to your inner and outer worlds. This improves your relationship with yourself and others. I provide accessible tools (body and breath-work, self-reflection, and most importantly, practicing presence) for strengthening your connection to your aliveness.

Women who are ready to know themselves more deeply, stop giving a shit about what’s expected, have better relationships, embody love, and most importantly, engage in a love affair with their life.

Time With Your Inner Truth
A guided journaling practice
Oftentimes, when you give yourself a moment to check in, really juicy nuggets of your own wisdom surface for air. This 1.5hr workshop creates that space for you to focus on yourself, follow your own musings, and see what you discover or affirm.
You will be guided through a series of reflective prompts. Each one is an invitation to go deeper but are never required. There are no right answers, and no writing or journaling experience necessary. There’s only you being honest with yourself, at whatever depth feels good for you in the moment. Aside from prompts, enjoy light breath work, occasional meditation, silence, and sharing (also not required).
You are not here to be anything other than yourself.
You are here to notice and delight in any surprises.
Date & Time Commitment: September 17, 6-7:30p | Format: Solo writing & group share virtually over Google Meet | What to bring: A notebook, a pen, yourself, an open heart
Again, no journaling experience necessary. Be willing to slow down and get in touch with what you already know, what you may already know, but haven’t acknowledged yet, and what you’re still figuring out.
